2. Because of the wide variety of possible color/ pattern combinations, order times vary. The tiles pictured to the right are the most popular color/ pattern combinations and are usually in stock. If so, they will be shipped on the next business day. If you would like a different color/ pattern combination, please contact us  via phone or email for a time estimate. Depending on kiln scheduling and order size, custom orders usually take 1-4 weeks to ship.

3. 50% down payment or credit card # is required.

4. Some glaze variation does occur, especially from batch to batch. Try to order all your tiles at once to avoid this.

5. Our tiles are weather proof but are not suitable for floors due to the embossed surface.

6. All prices to the right INCLUDE shipping via Fedex Ground.
