1. Ordering is done via phone email or on our web site. 2. Allow four to six weeks for your tiles to be made. If your choice of pattern/color is in stock, we will ship it immediately. 3. 50% down payment or credit card # is required. 4. Some glaze variation does occur, especially from batch to batch. Try to order all your tiles at once to avoid this. 5. Our tiles are weather proof but are not suitable for floors due to the embossed surface. PRICES ( including shipping to the USA)
